The Chianti Classico Consortium invites wine professionals and enthusiasts to a special event at the Royal Danish Opera House. A full day celebrating wine & olive oil culture, featuring a masterclass and the chance to meet Chianti Classico producers.
Program:
- 10:30 – 12:00 Masterclass with Thomas Ilkjær (conducted in English)
- 11:30 – 16:30 Tasting tables showcasing Chianti Classico DOP Olive Oil and Chianti Classico DOCG Gran Selezione 2016 (Exclusive access for the restaurant trade and sommeliers during the first hour)
- 12:30 – 16:30 Walk‑around tasting: meet 24 producers, explore the latest vintages, and enjoy a wide selection of Chianti Classico wines in an inspiring setting.
