The Pieve di Campoli agricultural company was founded with the intention of bringing together the many real estate properties and agricultural lands of the Archdiocese of Florence in a single production reality. In 1985, following the birth of the Diocesan Institute for the Support of the Clergy - created with the aim of administering ecclesiastical benefits - the agricultural company was also formed. The farm is located in the province of Florence and covers hundreds of hectares which wind through the lands of 7 municipalities. The company includes over 50 hectares of vineyards, located within the territories of the Chianti and Chianti Classico consortia and over 18,000 olive trees planted on an extension of approximately 100 hectares of land scattered throughout the province which make the company, one of the largest olive growing companies in the Florentine area..
