The history of the Pensieri Di Cavatina dates back to the nineteenth century, the buildings stretched over the hill are divided into so-called part of the Pensieri di Sotto and the upper part of the Pensieri di Sopra. Together with the surrounding vineyard, olive grove and a garden rich in enchanting Mediterranean plants, they create an oasis of peace and relaxation, a unique place with picturesque Tuscan landscapes.
