Ottomani was born from four boys who grew up toghether and,once adults,saw their dream come true;that's to produce high quality wines. We work only with autochthonous varieties and ancient vineyards,with organic-biodynamic cultivation and winemaking techniques , operating exclusively with eco-sustainable agronomic methods. The company names comes from our eight hands used for any single manual operation in the vineyard and in the cellar. We personally manage the agronomic and oenological operations ,producing complex elegant and highly territorial wines
