Fattoria di Montemaggio it is a small organic estate(8ha) , a boutique vineyard, in Radda in Chianti, at a very high altitude(almost 600 m.a.s.l.). Itis a Famale run company! Amog the varieties grown there are; Sangiovese, Merlot, Malvasia Nera, Ciliegiolo, Pugnitello and Chardonnay. Montemaggio produces a very limited quantity of bottles, selected and of a high quanity (25.000-35.000 bott.). Typical terroir wines , with a very long againg, first in wood and than in bottle. Preferably big oak casks25/30/35/ 50 hl). Mineral, fresh, easy drinking wines
