Casale dello Sparviero is an extraordinarily beautiful estate located in Castellina in Chianti, in the heart of the Chianti Classico. It includes Campoperi, Casale and Paronza, places with a 800-year-long winemaking tradition. In 2016 the company started the path towards official organic wine certification, for 100% organic production. Owner Ada Andrighetti well expresses the values behind the work of her family of winemakers, now at its third generation: "the charm of nature, a world of passion and patience, the thrill of uncorking a bottle of Chianti Classico surrounded by one’s affections".
