Description

The Scheggiolla farm is located entirely in the Municipality of Castelnuovo Berardenga and the company center is located in a hilly area at an altitude of 320 meters above sea level. The farm, with an extension of 04.19.10 ha. It has 1.50.00 of vineyard. Elements of winemaking Fermentation lasting from 15 to 20 days separate for vines and vineyards, maturation (15.50 hl oak barrels), aging in oak barrels for one year, steel and then in the bottle for over a year. Total annual production around 8000 bottles. Activity started in 2000.
