Candialle’s vineyard is located at the southern tip of the „Conca d’oro“, the golden bowl, situated just below of the village of Panzano in Chianti. The valley is formed like an amphitheatre and is characterized by its Galestro soil. Our southern and south-western exposures, with altitudes between 350 and 450 metres, build up the perfect terrain for the demanding and late ripening Sangiovese grape.
