The wine has a golden yellow colour with amber reflections; the fragrance is typically of honey and nuts. It is warm on the palate, intense, distinctly sweet but held togheter by a nice acidity.

After natural dessication of 3 months, the juce is placed in small oak barrels of 75-150 lt, where it ferments and remains for 4 years.
