Description

Amber colour with typical hints of dried fruits, caramel, honey, apricot, notes of vanilla and spices. Full and velvety, with a great structure and roundness. The taste is long and has a persistent finish with a hint of well-balanced acidity.

The fermentation and aging take place in mixed wooden casks called "caratelli" filled up to 70%, kept in rooms with varying seasonal temperatures.
